麥哲倫十字架(Magellan's Cross)位于宿霧島東方的馬克丹島上。1521年，葡萄牙航海家麥哲倫在宿霧傳揚天主教義，適逢4月14日，Pedro Valderama神父在當?shù)貫榈谝慌?a href="http://www.safecosports.cn/guide/philippines.htm" target="_blank" title="菲律賓旅游">菲律賓天主教徒——土著族長Rajah Humabon，其妻子Queen Juana及其他400名土著舉行施洗儀式。為紀念這場盛大的宗教儀式，麥哲倫在宿霧豎立了十字架。
